Above: My best friend Andrew. color corrected by using adjusting the levels to bring out the darks and lights. And also upped the contrast a touch. The car, a family friends, was parked perfectly along the road at Willoughby lake so I told Andrew to sit on the wall and hold his Budwieser. Im going to make a Budwieser decal for the car lol.

Above photo of friend Abby. Adjusted level and contrast again. A duplicated the photo twice to change the water a little more by adjusting the saturation making it a but more blue. I wanted everything to to be the focal point in the photo. That is one hard thing to do. I wanted people to notice the water as well as Abby and at the same time the reflection in her sun glasses as well.
Sorry for the latency this week. I have been working on a website for a band in from jersey. hope you all enjoy!
You were quite successful with the photo of Abby, I definitely keep getting pulled between the reflection in her glasses and the color of the water. Unfortunately her face itself does recede a bit, but I think it's truly impossible to keep ALL elements of a shot as the focal point simultaneously. For something to catch your eye, you need there to be something else leaving it.
