So what I did is the obvious, took the power lines out of the picture. All using the clone stamp. and then after that I used the spot healing brush so fix some of the sky and then darkened up the photo. let me know what you think.

Perfect use of this tool. This coud make some just ok photos really look a lot better. Good Job.
